It also features a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a gas grill, an outdoor fire pit, a telephone, and satellite tv. While it is a walkable distance from Young’s General Store and Happy Corner Cafe, this is a very private rental with a wrap-around deck facing Perry Stream. It also has easy access to ATV and snowmobile trails.

Rates

  • $220 per night for one or two guests

  • $38 per night for each additional guest

  • 8% discount after four nights

    Children 3-15 are $20 each.
    Children under 3 are free.

  • Pet policy $10 per night per pet

8.5% New Hampshire Rooms Tax must be added.
