Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit. If less than 14 days notification is given, you will be charged for the days we are not able to rebook.

THERE IS A $8.00 CANCELLATION FEE!

Check Out Policy

Check Out Time: 11:00am

Deposit Policy

Deposit of one night's stay is required to confirm reservation, which will be applied to the last day of your scheduled reservation. Deposits are due within 7 days of making the reservation.

Confirmations will be emailed as soon as deposit has been received.

Pet Policy

PET POLICY: $10.00 per pet, per night, but must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. There will be an additional fee of $25 if you do not clean up after your pet and any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your bill. No pet is to be left unattended in the cabin.

New Hampshire Tax Policy

9% New Hampshire Rooms Tax Must Be Added.

Weber charcoal grills are available for guest use or you can bring your own gas or charcoal grill. If you would like to rent one of our Weber grills, stop by the office and ask.

Some cabins have a required minimum number of guests and/or length of stay.
